====== Wi-Fi ======

Wi-Fi is a family of wireless [[network|network]] protocols, otherwise known as a marketable name for IEEE 802.11 standard, that allow devices to transmit data using radio waves.

Wi-Fi is part of IEEE 802 protocol family (the same as [[ethernet|Ethernet]]). The data is organized into frames.
